Shark NV502 vs NV352 have completely different look. The Rotator seems like thinner and more sophisticated compared to its brother. While the NV352 comes with lavender, the NV502 is available in a red and white combination. Both of them are designed with Lift-away function. However, only the NV502 includes a canister caddy which enable users to lift the canister away and easily clean hard-to-reach areas. In addition, compared to the NV352, the NV502 has larger dust cup which can hold 1.3 dry quarts to the fill line and 3.1 dry quarts of real usable capacity. People agreed it was one of the most powerful, lightweight and versatile upright vacuums on the market. However, many people still complained its heavy top-easy to tip over.
Shark NV502 receives 4.4 out of 5 stars with up to 66% of customers rating 5 stars on Amazon. In general, all customers were satisfied with the NV502’s performance.
